This spacious and bright riverfront home can comfortably sleep your group and has plenty of seating in the grand living, dining and kitchen area. A large fenced area is ideal for bringing your pooches, and everyone loves the easy access to the river in the warmer months. This is your home base for it all, whether you're seeking a romantic weekend relaxing in the spa, adventures in the wilderness area, or recreation with family.

Please note that this property is near the highway. While there should be minimal noise, high traffic days might result in minor road noise near the back of the home. Additionally, as with most homes in the valley, the train tracks are nearby and you may notice the rumble of a passing train. If this won't work for you, we'd be happy to help you find a property better suited to your needs!

- Standard drip coffeemaker
- Fair trade ground coffee (2 pots), selection of teas, sugars
- 4 rolls TP in each bathroom
- 2 rolls paper towels in kitchen
- Eco-friendly handsoap, dish soap, all purpose cleaner
- Dishwasher detergent
- 1.5x occupancy bath towels & wash cloths (minimum 4)
Furry friends are welcome for $50/pet! We welcome all species, sizes, and breeds.

We met family there for a winter stay. The property is beautiful. Amazing views from the deck, hot tub, and river. Yes there’s noise from street and train but the rest of the property made it worth it. The kitchen is well stocked and there is plenty of space for 4-6 adults. Loved the dog run- such a nice amenity. Owner was kind and responsive. Overall great stay- intend to back for a Summer trip some time to hike and explore!

Place was really nice, kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. The real gem of this property is the outdoor space. Even though it was raining we spent hours outside under the covered space with the heater and were able to comfortably enjoy the fire pit.Everything was clean, organized and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay

What a great place! Son, mother, grandmother trip with dog. Plenty of space and we enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. It is right off main road with train nearby, but that is disclosed in listing. I slept with window open and while I heard the trains, it was not that disruptive. A few restaurants in Gold Bar and several hikes and water time were greatly enjoyed.

In short, overall it was a very nice stay - beds were comfy, hot water was ample, spacious living room, nice hot tub, was able to stream live soccer matches, access to the river was great, and it was good for cooking and eating with a group. Cons were the huge glob of hair clogging the downstairs shower we had to extract with a bbq skewer, the incessantly beeping fire alarm we had to buy a 9V battery for (none in utility closet and we had to swap it out from the very very high ceiling, which was challenging without a ladder), and the lack of salt in the kitchen. Besides those things not being addressed, we had a pleasant time. Like all the other reviewers, bring ear plugs if you're sensitive, the train can get loud in the upstairs bedroom.
