About this villa rental
Independent and comfortable first floor villa on the heights of the Marine de Sisco with 1 parking space integrated into fenced grounds. Located in Cap Corse, half an hour from Bastia, 3/4 hours from Poretta airport. Ideal base camp to discover Cap Corse, on foot, on horseback, by bike, motorbike or car. The beach and the village are 15 minutes walk away.
The village has all amenities. High-speed internet in WIFI and TV.

Construction 2017, 60 m2 of living space with 120 m2 of land including 50 m2 of terrace. 1 parking space integrated into fenced ground. The owners are your guests upstairs and will be able to provide you with information and advice to make the most of Cap Corse.

Bright accommodation with many bay windows with electric shutters, fully air-conditioned, equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven and microwave oven, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle, crockery, etc....
Quality bedding, bed and bath linen.
Beach towels are provided.
2 queensize double beds (160x200 cm), 1 of which can be converted on request into 2 beds of 80 cm.
The living room has large bay windows, giving direct access to a large tiled terrace allowing you to take your meals outside while enjoying the sea and mountain views.
Garden furniture is also at your disposal, sun loungers as well as a table and chairs set for your meals on the terrace
A 15 minute walk or 3 minutes by car you will find the beach of Sisco (pebbles), the heart of the Marine de Sisco with a café/tobacconist/press point mini-market open 7 days a week, a bakery, restaurants, a beauty salon, a farmers' and craftsmen's market every Tuesday (July and August), a nautical center/diving school (scuba diving, kayak rental, paddle, underwater scooter, snorkeling.)
