About this apartment rental
TOP maisonette - apartment right on the slopes and hiking trails.
The apartment was completed in late 2012 and is designed for up to 8 people.
It offers the guest a lot of comfort on 90 m², which are divided over two floors.
Ground floor:
- tiled entrance with storage room and toilet
- open living, dining and cooking area
- Terrace with sitting and lying furniture
- Panoramic view
Upper floor:
- Masterbedroom '1' with double bed and priv. bath
- Bedroom '2' with a double bed
- Bedroom '3' with bunk beds
- Bathroom with a small sauna
- balcony (accessible from SZ 2 & 3)
The apartment has been furnished to a high standard and practical.
Our furniture is made of real wood and corresponding parquet has also been installed in all living rooms and bedrooms.
All rooms have additional storage space for clothes and private items. In addition, all bedrooms offer a fantastic view of the Carinthian Alps.
The house was built on a slope. Our apartment is accessible at ground level. However, the hillside position means that the terrace on the ground floor is actually already on the third level of the house, which enables the incredible panoramic view of the valley and the surrounding mountains.
The apartment has a parking space in the underground garage which is free for our guests. An elevator takes you comfortably from the underground car park to the third level of the house. There are further parking spaces in front of the house.
The apartment has two 'ski' lockers where you can dry your ski and hiking boots.
