This second floor condo at Long Beach Resort is located in tower 4, one of the nicest and most exclusive resorts in Panama City Beach! With the location of this resort, it is convenient to everything from great restaurants to a Super Walmart right across the street! Large lagoon pool (6800 square feet) with waterfalls, whirlpool spas, two Polynesian pools (seasonally heated), onsite bar and grill(seasonal), beautifully landscaped grounds, and jet ski rental on site (seasonal) as well as 24 hour gated access and security. The living room and bedroom have flat screen smart TV's and Blu-ray or DVD.
Good news! The gym is now open to owners and guests. It is open 24/7 with a passcode you receive from the kiosk at the door to the gym. Instructions have been posted on how to access the code. You will need to electronically sign the gym waiver as part of getting access to the code. Located in Tower 3 on the ground level.
There is a King Size bed in the master and a sleeper sofa in the living room. New linens/towels in this condo, all beds have high count cotton sheets! The living/dining area and Master bedroom open onto the spacious balcony overlooking 1300 feet of private, white sandy beach. This is a NON-SMOKING unit (NO SMOKING ON BALCONY), Pets NOT Allowed, and Renter must be 25 or older.
