At this cozy and astonishing property, you will definitely find what all you and your family need to have the most memorable time in Orlando. Included in your stay, you’ll be able to enjoy Serenity clubhouse, with a huge swimming pool, as well as a games room and small gym.
This beautiful 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse sleeps up to 6 people. The U-shaped kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, has all the kitchen utensils you could need to prepare a meal, and has plenty of countertop space. Need somewhere to do laundry? This house comes with a washing machine and dryer. Where to relax? The living room is large, open, and has comfortable seating for everyone and a large flat screen TV to watch. Want to relax outside? There is a sliding glass door in the living room that leads to an outdoor patio with lounge chairs and a private pool.
The bedrooms are configured as follows:
Bedroom 1 – Master bedroom with a king size bed, an en-suite bathroom and TV;
Bedroom 2 – Queen size bed, shared bathroom and TV;
Bedroom 3 – Two twin size beds, private bathroomand TV.
Serenity Resort offers a huge swimming pool, as well as games room and a small gym. With free parking included, you'll never have to worry about finding a spot for your rental car. And when you're ready to explore the local area, you'll find plenty of exciting attractions and activities nearby, including theme parks, shopping, dining, and more.
* Like all vacation homes our homes are classed as self-catering accommodation. We do provide starter supplies of soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper but guests are expected to purchase their own during their stay.
**Pool heating and BBQ fees are NOT included in this booking and are subject to availability and approval. Must be requested at least 72 hours before check in.**
*YOU MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD OR OLDER TO BOOK THIS HOUSE.**
*No Party/No smoking/No Pets - Subject to penalty fee!
*Stays of 31 nights or more require a mandatory additional cleaning and laundry service; this cost is not included in the booking and must be paid separately.
