We are excited to share The Tree Top House with you! Our home has been lovingly updated from top to bottom - NEWER flooring, furniture, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and much, much more!
This vacation home literally HAS IT ALL - modern amenities and furnishings, tall pine trees, MAGNIFICENT VIEWS - and only minutes from shopping and Downtown Prescott!
For your comfort, the home features CENTRAL AC & HEAT - though the nights cool down considerably. For our guests' convenience, the home offers a full-size HE washer & dryer - so pack light! WIFI - Wireless high-speed internet provided.
Three generous-sized bedrooms are furnished with new beds and linens, and offer plenty of space for clothing storage - roomy closets & new dressers.
The home's fantastic floor-plan features TWO comfortable and inviting Living Rooms - each with its own 50" SmartTVs. The set-up is perfect for families - offering plenty of space to spread out, relax, watch TV and movies - or play one of the several games available at the house.
The completely remodeled eat-in kitchen features all-new cabinets, quartz counter-tops and a LARGE center island that opens to the front living room. You'll find the kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to prepare & cook a meal - including new appliances - dishwasher, 5-burner gas range and built-in microwave.
The peaceful, FULLY FENCED, backyard is lined with pine trees and offers extended area to enjoy your morning coffee, wine or grill a meal on the NEW 5-burner gas BBQ.
The backyard also features a LARGE SEPARATE GATED AND FENCED dog run.
We enjoy sitting on the front porch throughout the day to take in the exquisite mountain vistas. The expansive windows in the Living Room and Family room are a feast for the eyes, filled with the view of pines trees and mountains along the horizon.
Location, location, location! Our home is situated in a fabulous neighborhood, adjacent to the historic Park district and close to downtown! The home is named for its "Tree Top" setting - atop a hill - which makes for great star-gazing and affords magnificent views of the mountains and Ponderosa Pines that surround this quaint neighborhood and town.
NOTE: Since the home sits high on the lot, the DRIVEWAY IS STEEP and should NOT BE USED if a vehicle does not have high-clearance in the front/back, or during the cold winter months and/or when weather conditions or forecasts include rain, snow or any other type of condensation.
*There is PLENTY OF STREET PARKING - in front & in back of the home.

It was easy to arrange the stay and the host was very friendly and full of helpful information over the phone. The house was very clean and nicely furnished. We appreciated having a separate living room and a family room for when someone wanted to watch a different tv show or wanted quiet to be able to read. The "family room" was well stocked w/games, books and activities for kids. Two of the bdrms had large comfortable king beds. The kitchen had everything you could need for cooking and eating! The location was convenient and it was in a nice neighborhood. You will get some exercise going up the steps from the street! All in all we had a very pleasant stay and appreciated the helpfulness of the host.

This home is top notch and a great value. It is always very clean and is very pet friendly. Everything from check in to check out is convenient and I highly recommend it. I look forward to staying here again.

Everything was so nice we appreciate it very much. The only bad thing is that we had to vacuum and clean up, I’m sorry to say this, but the house was not clean right, but thank you so much
