About this house rental
Cozy 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom cottage right in the heart of Sandy Pond. Has 6 beds and sleeps 10. Steps to our water access and boat launch. Is a four season home. Take a ride to boater's beach or Sandy Island Beach, kayak or jet ski in the spring and summer. Go salmon fishing in town at the world famous Salmon River in the Fall. Hit the snowmobile trails right from the front door or cross the street and ice fish right on Sandy Pond in the winter. The possibilities are endless. Located a row back from the water front, in walking distance to Eddie's Cove Restaurant and the Wigwam Restaurant/Tiki Bar as well as the the Sandy Pond Sportsman's club, and the Sandy Pond Country Cupboard ("the little store"). Truly a wonderful place to visit.
A mile from Sandy Island Beach State Park, and a close drive to Southwick beach and Selkirk State park. Beautiful salmon River falls are a great day trip nearby.

We stayed for a fishing trip. House is close to salmon river and had everything we needed for a great stay. Kitchen pans could use an upgrade but otherwise great trip as always!

We enjoyed our stay. House is very clean and it is conveniently located next to the lake, state park, several nice restaurants and bars.

Parking was spacious, there were lots of utensils, pots, and pans. Silverware was minimal for a house that sleeps 10.
