With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, the home has the space for 10 guests to comfortably spread out. The basement with an air hockey table, a movie theater style projector and a bar is the perfect place to gather and play games.

Perfect for families or a group of traveling friends! There is also access to Cottonwood Creek Trail right behind the house that connects to the Pikes Peak Green Way! Come enjoy this beautifully decorated home in Colorado Springs!
This home is uniquely decorated and features a grand piano in the front entrance room, and a dining room and a spacious kitchen for cooking up a delicious meal.
The living room has a huge seating area, and a TV for relaxing after a long day of hiking or site seeing. The house also features beautiful landscaping and sitting areas around an outdoor fireplace.

The house also contains 4 additional comfy bedrooms, 3 on the second floor and 1 in the basement, with pretty of storage space and room. Don't forget to use Alexa for weather updates and turning on lights in the house. Come enjoy the best of Colorado Springs with a home that will deliver you an awesome experience!
The basement features a 200 inch theater screen with surround sound, air hockey table, fridge for keeping your drinks cold, and a full size bar with four bar stools.
You will have access to anywhere in the house except for the garage, master bedroom closet, and main level office.
The Neighborhood:
Northern Colorado Springs is a bit quieter, more suburban with parks and trails and peaceful streets and shopping, grocery stores, gyms and restaurants all close by. There are plenty of parks, open spaces, trails for hiking and biking. The landscape here is raised too … and often the views of the Rocky Mountain Front Range including Pikes Peak, "America's Mountain," are better than in other parts of town. Access to all of the best attractions for visitors and guests is still exceptional, with plenty of easy roadways north, south, east and west. The Air Force Academy is just about 15 minutes away from here. Garden of the Gods, the Airport, Downtown, The Broadmoor, The Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Manitou Springs and Pikes Peak—all are just 20-25 mins away. Easy access, views, suburban goodness—a solid choice for families or groups of travelers.
Getting Around:
Although there are plenty of restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, breweries and outdoor recreational opportunities close to this property, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.
Other Things to Note:
~There is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest
~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking
We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.

The house was very beautiful and the location was breath taking. My only complaint would have to be the master bedroom bed. We I Laid in the bed, I felt like I was gonna roll off to the other side because it was lopsided. Other then that it was beautiful.

We had a great time staying here! It was 2 families, for a total of 11 people and we had plenty of space. Our kids really enjoyed the house and having different areas for smaller groups to hang out was amazing. We had to contact the management group once regarding the projector downstairs, and they were very responsive and were able to help us with the issue during our stay. We also cooked about 4 or 5 meals and the kitchen set up made that very easy. Overall we had a great time on our trip, and this house gave us a wonderful place to relax and spend time with each other in between our activities.

Well stocked and liked the amenities. Plenty of space for 7 adults to hang out together. Liked the neighborhood and close to stores and restaurants. Only downside was beds are not comfortable.

The house is very nice - plenty of space for our group. Location is wonderful - easy to get to anything you need.
The electrical system needs some attention. Our first night there was no power in the back deck and so we were not able to use the fire pit , grill, light, etc… which was a big reason for renting. The following nh day, the hot tub had no power. All due to electrical issues / problems with breakers.
The dishwasher does not work and a few of the beds really do need new mattresses.
Otherwise there was plenty of space and the home is well appointed.
