Les Rairettes: Very beautiful chalet "Sebas", 3 storeys, built in 2006. Outside the resort, 800 m from the centre, on a slope, in a cul-de-sac. Private: garden with lawn. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: sauna, storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Bumpy, steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Parking (limited number of spaces). Shop, bus stop 800 m. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, gondola lift 800 m.
"Sebas", 5-room chalet 180 m2 on 3 levels. Comfortable furnishings: large living/dining room with panoramic window with open-hearth fireplace, cable TV and CD-player. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), bath/shower/WC. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (nespresso) extra, raclette grill, fondue Set (cheese)). Heating. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Shower, sep. WC. Upper floor: 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), 1 double bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Balcony, north facing position and west facing position, large terrace, south facing position and, east facing position. Barbecue (portable). Very beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. "Great chalet and close to ski piste. Very cosy with all things one needs on a holiday rental. Roof was leaking on a day with lots of rain, but otherwise highly recommended."
