About this apartment rental
Delightful and comfortable apartment completely renovated, elegant, finely furnished, featuring 2 double bedrooms including the Master room with the addition of a sofa bed and a full bathroom in the room. Another full bathroom and living room with kitchenette, bright, in the center a stone's throw from the new urban lounge in Piazza della Repubblica, easily accessible from Rome Termini station! Connected very well with the whole city.

!! ADMISSION TO THE APARTMENT IS PERMITTED UNTIL 00:30 !! A surcharge of € 50 will apply for entry from 22:00 to 00:30.
ACCESS TO THE HOUSE IS NOT ALLOWED AFTER 00.30 - YOU WILL THEREFORE BE ASKED TO PROCEED WITH THE CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION
- Tourist taxes (€ 6 per night per person) will be paid in cash upon arrival.
- For bookings exceeding the week, a weekly cleaning of €60 is required without changing linens, in addition to the final cleaning of the apartment.
- The travel cot is available upon request at the time of booking
IMPORTANT: To complete the online check you need to put the photo of your identity card or passport. The driving license is not valid.
Guests must submit documents relating to the registration of incoming persons upon request.
Follow the instructions they will receive on the Link sent by our staff.
INFO CHECK OUT: Excluding situations where late check out is granted, if the check out time at 10 am is not respected, a penalty of € 30 will be applied after the first 15 minutes and € 50 after a 25-minute delay in vacating the property.
*In the event of the host's inability to leave the apartment by the day and time of the Check out (10 am), the host authorizes the Landlord to enter the house in his absence and to free the apartment from all the host's personal effects, objects or property. The Landlord also undertakes to safeguard (for at least 30 days), in the best possible way, all the Tenant's assets and to return them to him at his first request.
*In light of the new ART circular. 109 TULPS of the Ministry of the Interior WE ARE OBLIGED TO CARRY OUT the identification of the guest WHO HAS BOOKED and who will stay in our apartments.
For reasons of public order we have the responsibility TO DO THE VERIFICATION of guests and documents before the guest accesses the apartment.

Our Cozy flat was in a fabulous quiet location (for an inner city apartment). It had everything you need in a little kitchen. Comfortable beds, air-conditioning, nice bathrooms and a small lift to our floor. It was a little tricky initially getting in to the place but we managed to juggle it all after a long flight from Australia.

Great location close to the train station and quiet for the city! No trains passing by. Very good accommodations with kitchen, full size refrigerator, washer / dryer combo, drying rack. Many close by restaurants and super market. Walkable to Trevi Fountain (23 mins). Host was very responsive. Note there is a cash cleaning fee. Check-in would’ve been easy if my data was working to access the unlock site and the backup code to the building was correct. Once we got in it was seamless! Sleeping arrangements were enough for our family of 5 (with teens) but beds were hard for my preference. Gave 5 star for location, amenities, host responsiveness, and value.

THis was a super way to get to Rome. The host Riccardo was very attentive to all our requests and accommodating to an extent not always seen. All was perfect from the beginning, the apartment in Prati was outstanding; clean, comfortable and easy to deal with. The location in Germanico was great, very close to Metro and the Vatican, supermarket and the great market Trionfale. I will come back for sure.
