About this apartment rental
Situated right in front of the beach, this beautiful condo has great views. It has a full well equipped kitchen, the master bedroom has a king sized bed, second bedroom with two full beds, both with their private bathroom and 55” Tv’s, and the Living room has a big screen tv (75inch), Smart Tv, Full Bathroom, pull out couch with memory foam mattress and large balconies in every room with pool and sea views. There's a gas barbecue grill on the balcony to cook some steaks or your catch of the day!
Enjoy the tranquility of this resort, with the convenience of city life just a short boat ride away.
Activities in the resort include an Arthur Hills 18 hole golf course (very reasonable prices for guests), 2 restaurants, an infinity pool, volleyball, tennis, miles of beach..
You can get here taking an Uber or Taxi to take you to Marina Cortez, the gate to our shuttle boats is between El Anzuelo (restaurant) and Cafe Capri (restaurant). The shuttle boats (complimentary for guests) run every half hour between 7am and 11pm (return to city at 15 and 45 minutes after each hour ).There are after hours shuttles, these must be prearranged and with a fee. Once you arrive at the Paraiso del Mar dock, there will be a shuttle to take you to your unit, just let him know which unit you are going. Please feel free to call/message me for any question.

We had a great time with fantastic views of the bay. One day we saw a show being put on by whales in the Bay. We went fishing one day and picked up some skip Jack and Dorado. The restaurant at the pool whipped up a great meal with the new catch and we fed 6 with much left over.Thanks

My 2 sisters and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. The unit was spacious, well equipped and comfortable. We loved the resort- it is beautiful, great pool area and hot tub. The restaurant at the pool was great. The free boat ride to and from La Paz was so convenient and fun. Several times we saw dolphins on our boat ride. The owner was very responsive to my questions- he got back to me within minutes every time. I would definitely stay here again.

This particular unit lacked ever having sunshine on the lovely patio because of its position in the building complex which would have been welcomed because of the unseasonal weather.
It had some food supplies there for our using but the kitchen could have had more kitchen aids & utensils.
However, the owner was quick to attend to our needs when we contacted him.
