About this apartment rental
Make yourself at home in this marvelous 1-bedroom Salt Lake City retreat. This cozy condo features a queen bed in the bedroom and a comfy sofa bed in the living room with lots of natural light. With amenities like AC, WiFi, and snacks, guests will have everything they need for a perfect stay. (We don’t allow children under 12.) We call this sweet condo our "Happy Place" and we know it will be a happy place for you! Close to downtown event centers, walkable to Capitol Hill, Delta Center and 15 min or so walk to the Salt Palace Convention center. Great walking areas around historic Capitol Hill too! Check out the FREE and gorgeous Utah museum newly opened in the Capitol Building. You will also appreciate just minutes to local grocery stores, delicious and upscale bistros, coffee houses, museums and entertainment. Great view of the Temple lights at night from the bay windows and beautiful blooming chestnut.
This property includes one FREE PARKING space in gated and locked parking. Building has coded locks. Safe and secure building. Please keep in mind this is in the city and there can be noise from the street. There is no elevator and there are 3 short flights of stairs to access condo. (not ADA accessible)
The space is well cared for with love as I also live there part time. Please treat this lovely space with vintage accents and charm as if it were your own.

Quaint apartment within walking distance of downtown SLC. The apartment was clean, and the host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I rated it 4 stars because the bed and bedding were not very comfortable, which impacted the overall stay. Otherwise, it was a pleasant experience and a convenient location for exploring the city and visiting our son who attends the U of U.

I simply love this property in SLC. I’ve stayed here before and I love it just as much upon return. The space is quaint, always clean, annd within easy access to anything that I want to do downtown. Samantha, the host is exceptional. All instructions and directions are clearly written out, simple to follow, and the Welcome mat is on point! Samantha immediately responds to any inquiries her guests may have, she truly goes above and beyond! Try this space on your next trip to SLC, I hope you’ll love this “home away from home” as much as I do!

You can’t beat the location! We came up for a concert at The Depot and loved that it was a very short walk. You have the Delta center across the street and a great view of the Temple. Parking and check in was straight forward with very detailed instructions and photos. Communication with the host was great. We loved the charm and decor of the home. Would definitely stay here again.
