The house features 70 m² of living space over 2 floors (110 m² incl. balcony/terrace), a step-free entrance, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and space for 4–6 guests. High-speed Wi-Fi, home office desk, washing machine, and towels are provided. Families have access to a cot and high chair. The outdoor area includes a covered terrace, balcony, and barbecue area.
