About this apartment rental
Price includes electric and water and final clean. One set of bed linen and towels are provided.
Santa Maria, Isla de Sal, Cape Verde. Spacious one bedroom apartment on the first floor. South facing balcony with sea view. Some days you can see the neighbouring island Boa Vista. Located 150m from the sea, just a couple of minutes walk.
Like a home away from home. Comfy sofa. Quality pine furniture throughout. Double bed, new mattress 2023, and additional single z-bed (suitable for a child). In the quieter Eastern part of Santa Maria, but close enough to walk into the main town. There is a fitted safe (fits 10' tablet), and ceiling fans in the lounge and bedroom. The kitchen is compact but has everything you need, such as gas hob, toaster, kettle. Fridge with small freezer compartment. Perhaps prepare a meal with the fresh fish you have bought from the local fishermen on the pier. There is a Smart TV and WIFI, so you can login to your own Netflix account.
Beach towels are not provided. There is a choice of feather or synthetic pillows.
For the wind surfers, Angulos is a 5 minutes stroll along the coast. There are some beautiful quiet bays and sand dunes 10 minutes walk to the east, which you will probably find to yourself. You can walk into the main town in 10 minutes. A local grocery shop is just a few minutes walk from the apartment.
A mandatory airport pickup fee is payable on arrival and my driver will have your keys. This is between 20 euros and 30 euros depending on size of car (larger for kite/surf gear is available) and time of day.
There may be some construction noise from nearby works (2025).

Stayed as a couple during 1month+ in Deb's apartment, at the east end of Santa Maria.
Loved the quiet, safe and close from center neighborhood.
As Kiters/Wingfoilers it's been a blast to be able to enjoy the Punta Leme spot in front of this place.
It's a comfortable 2 room apartment, with nice kitchen and balcony. Greatly managed.
Thank you again Deb for your availability, help and flexibility. We'll definitely be coming back, and would recommend to anyone to rent your place.
