New 2025 Tram: This fantastic amenity allows for effortless travel between the Dock and the House. Only a few steps down to the Dock from where the TRAM rests near the water. 1000-lb total weight capacity allows 4 adults plus coolers and other items to be transported with ease.
New 2023 Private Covered Dock w/ integral 16'x36' Partially Covered Swim Platform with Ceiling Fan, 8–person round Table along with 3 dock Loungers & 2 dock Chairs. 13'H Jumping Platform and Bench Swim Seat make the dock a great place to hang out for hours. Stream your favorite music with full Wifi access at the Dock. (Owner's boat on lift in 1 of the 2 covered boat slips. Owner's jet skis on jet docks. Neither available for renter use.)

This house and dock are super nice-the house is very clean and well-equipped. The tram made getting to and from the lake so effortless and truly changed the game for the vacation. The dock is among the best we have had the opportunity to experience and we have visited Norris every year since about 2010. WiFi, a nice table with a ceiling fan to help with heat right above it, lounge chairs, kayaks, a bench and jumping deck, Lilly pad etc etc-all made our trip relaxing and so much fun! Scott was easy to communicate with and check in and out was seamless. We highly recommend and thanks for a great week at Norris!!

Home was absolutely beautiful. Exactly as described in listing. Extremely clean and enough room for everyone to spread out but great living quarters for everyone to enjoy meals together. Tram was a game changer when bringing Grandma and Grandpa. Adorable family of otters visited the nearby dock so that was also an unexpected treat! definitely will stay again.

This is a really nice lake house. Great part of the lake if you plan to bring a boat and do water sports. Very happy with our stay. Would stay here again!

It was our first visit to Norris Lake and we had a wonderful time. The house was great and Scott was very quick to answer any questions I had and fix a couple of small issues we had. The location is nice and quiet and a great place to swim, kayak, etc. by the dock without a ton of disturbance from other boats. The tram was a nice touch if we didn't feel like lugging a bunch of stuff up the stairs. Would definitely come back to this property.
