Completed in March 2019, the apartment is located on the 3rd floor. Floor of a four-storey building with elevator. It has its own garage in the basement of the building. Free internet access is available. The apartment is modern equipped. It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with a shower.
It can accommodate up to 4 people. The bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm) and living room with a double sofa bed (140x195 cm). In the living room there are 43-inch television with German satellite channels and radio. Fully equipped kitchen (induction cooker, extractor, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, espresso cream, crockery, cutlery, pots)
The bathroom has a rain shower, hairdryer and towels. From the living room and the bedroom you will reach a spacious furnished balcony with a surface of 7 m2.
At level -1 there is garage, bike room and gym. On the roof of the building is a terrace with sun loungers.
The apartment is located in the spa district of Kołobrzeg, 200 m from the beautiful promenade and beach park, 300 m from the wide sandy beach. A bike path leads along the sea. In the west you can reach Grzybowo, Dźwirzyno, Rogowo and Mrzeżyno. To the east you will reach Podczele, Sianożęty and Ustronie Morskie.
50 meters from the building there is a bus stop. You can reach the train station in about 15 minutes on foot.

We stood for vacation in the appartment of Marcin. It's very clean, well equipped, nearly brand new and very nice. We enjoyed the stay very much.
