Nestled in a quiet, tree-lined neighborhood, this home offers a tranquil retreat with easy access to local attractions, Drake Campus and downtown excitement. Arlo security cameras with a motion activated spotlight are used to monitor both entrances to the home. One is in the upper corner of the front porch facing the door and driveway. The second is on the garage facing the back door and driveway.

Good location for our event and parking was plentiful. Des Moines is a lovely city! This home was spacious, the owner was responsive, and three bathrooms were nice and clean. The kitchen had newer appliances and was nice. It was a very hot weekend, so we were very happy that the home’s AC worked well! However, a couple items in the home were old and in need of repair. The coffee maker was tiny and the house could use a couple more stools in the kitchen. I recommend the house for a big group.
