About this villa rental
Ocean view luxury villa at Cap Cana gated community. With 7 in- suite bedrooms. Additional room with sofa. Private Tennis court. Stunning panoramic views of Atlantic Ocean. Big swimming pool with jacuzzi and bar. Extra spacious living areas. Nicely decorated and furnished.

The space
Very spacious villa with huge living and recreation areas, private pool and tennis court. Seven+ bedrooms each with individual full bathrooms, free Wi Fi. Stunning ocean views. Gazebo in the the pool area. Resort facilities and beach clubs free access -Juanillo Beach Club and API Beach Club.
Guest access
Guests can use entire villa exclusively.
Other things to note
Guests will be received by villa staff upon arrival. Access is easy, villa is 15 min drive from Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ). Cooking of three daily meals is included in your stay. Guests should groceries, supermarket is 10 min drive from villa. Groceries and drinks are not included in price. We do not handle specific menu, cook will prepare dishes based on groceries purchased by guests. Cook handles variety of local dishes, soups, salads, BBQ meats and seafood, pastas , rices.
Electricity is not included in rent, it’s paid by guests per resort’s electric company counter reading, taken upon arrival and check out. Average electric consumption is 75$ per night for whole villa.
