Wireless Internet access, 2 flat screen Smart TVs with DVD players, large assortment of DVDs and board games, ceiling fans throughout, shared washer/dryer on ground level. Connecting door convenient for families renting both sides. Watch the waves from the covered and open decks on both levels with privacy dividers. The polywood bar height bistro sets and rockers are a favorite place for guests to enjoy morning coffee or evening refreshments. Lighted walkway and stairs to guide you back home after your evening stroll from the beach. Paved driveway with ample parking, enclosed hot/cold outside shower (shared). Available year-round. Location was the best part. Conveniently located on the beach to maximize beach time and offered great views! About 10 minutes from restaurants in Emerald Isle and 20 from Atlantic Beach. We had 4 adults, 2 kids and a dog. We stayed for 5 nights. We had a few minor issues though: I called in advance about coffee pots and grills. They told me that there would be a regular pot to make several cups (standard issue) and there wasn’t. I immediately called to request one and they said they would bring it that day, well it didn’t get to us until the following day. They had a Keurig though so we went out to buy the K cups. They also told me the property had no grill but there was one. We never ended up using it but just an FYI for future renters to inquire….it may not be for rent.Furthermore, we arrived a couple hours early. We had a 3 and 5 year old with us so we anticipated more stops that would prolong our trip but they were great. I called and asked about early check in. They said they hadn’t heard about it being cleaned yet. We hung around and went to the beach with the boys. No one showed up and I never got confirmation we could go in. Also, we only got one roll of toilet paper for both bathrooms. I didn’t bother to request anymore just bought a pack of 4. Otherwise it was a great stay! The boys loved being so close to the beach, so did the dog! Would go back again for sure just would be sure to be a little more prepared for the little details I mentioned!

Great spot with our dogs! It may be helpful to know the only coffee maker is a mini Keurig which doesn’t hold regular pods. We ended up drinking instant because we couldn’t find the mini pods anywhere. Otherwise great location and property.
