Our insurance company requires a clear definition of the guest-host relationship, hence the need for a rental agreement. This agreement confirms the terms between our guests and our company. The signer of the rental agreement must match the government ID provided.

A security deposit "hold" of $500 is required for all reservations. It is a temporary hold on the card processed by "Stripe," a widely trusted credit card processor. This hold will take place 2 days before your arrival and will be released 2 days after your departure, provided that the property is left in good condition and the house rules are followed.

Well taken care of property with plenty of room to spread out. We liked that it was close to the public transit so we could take the train to the places we wanted to go. Also, the hot tub and the fire pit area were great spaces to be able to unwind and relax.Our host reached out before we were there after we checked in and before we left to make sure everything went smoothly

The place is easy to get to. House is nice and well furnished. Sadly we had a tough time with a couple important things. The kitchen sink was plugged up and we notified management the first morning of our stay. We continued to notify management of the problem with no fix. A bedroom window was broken out and literally smashed and as three women were traveling alone this was very concerning. Management was notified the morning I opened the shades and again never addressed. We were unable to use the kitchen sink or do dishes or use the dishwasher the entire stay and I didn’t sleep very well knowing my window was nothing more than a screen.Management offered a refund of 100.
