It's a 3-minute walk to Wenceslas Square, 20 minutes to Old Town Square, and close to the National Theatre. A variety of pubs and restaurants are right around the corner, perfect for exploring Prague's vibrant dining scene.

Metro: 5 minutes from Muzeum (lines A and C) and Mustek (lines A and B).

Registration and Tourist Tax:
We use a third-party provider "CheckIn" to register you with the foreign police and to collect the additional tourist tax of 50CZK per person per night. You will be sent a link when you book and you should complete this and pay before we check you in.
Check-in:
We offer check-in from 15:00 until 21:00. Between 21:00 and 23:00 there is a surcharge of 500CZK/20EUR. If you need to arrive earlier, we’ll try to arrange an early check-in or at least provide luggage storage while we clean.
Check-out:
Checkout is at 11:00. If you need to leave luggage later, let us know, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
Towels and bed linen are provided.

Important Bathroom Information:
Please note that the apartment is equipped with a macerator toilet, which is designed to only handle toilet paper. To avoid damage to the system, kindly refrain from flushing anything other than toilet paper, including wet wipes, sanitary products, or any other items—even those labeled as "flushable." A sign is also posted in the bathroom as a reminder.
Guests will be responsible for any damages caused by improper use of the toilet. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping maintain the functionality of the plumbing system.
-CITY TAX
All guests are required to pay 2.1 € per person/ per night to the city of Prague. The collection of the fee is regulated by Act No. 565/1990 Coll., on local fees, as amended, and generally bound by decree No. 18/2019 Coll. City of Prague, on the tourism tax, as amended.
Once you book, we will send you a link for online check in for submitting your data for the foreign police and payment of this tax.
-LATE CHECK IN CHARGE
Late check-in fee 500CZK/20 € after 21:00 with 23:00 cut-off. No flights landing after 21:30.
-QUIET HOURS
Prague's noise ordinance prohibits loud sounds between 10 PM and 6 AM.
-SMOKING
Is highly prohibited in the apartment. If smoking in the apartment is found, a fine of the amount 250 € will be imposed.
-UNAGREED LATE CHECKOUT
If unagreed late checkout, we have a right to fine the guest in amount of 50 €.
-WAITING FEE
In case of being late for check in and not communicating about delay, we have right to charge the guests 20 € for every hour of waiting.

We loved staying here. It is on the edge of many of the great sights of Prague. The open main room with comfortable seating was a great hang out place between adventures. The windows did a remarkable job of blocking out the noisy street below. Loved the view from the window of the four women statues.Two quibbles. A sewery smell would sometimes creep up from one of the bathrooms. Called the hosts and they suggested running hot water and opening the window. That worked but it did come back. Would have liked to be told that we couldn't park in front behind the blue lines but need to park in the square behind white lines. I got a ticket.
