The holiday home, built in 2019, is a semi-detached house and is modern and functionally furnished. The property is located in a lively area, in a residential district, in the town centre. Available for exclusive use are: sun umbrella, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 125 sqm and can accommodate up to 7 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The entrance leads over an external stair directly in the vestibule. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room 15 sqm and with 1 additional bed at couch/sofa and TV. You have access to the terrace with garden furniture and parasol. Cooking nook in the eat-in kitchen 15 sqm and with dinette, gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom 6 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine.
1st floor: 2 bedrooms each 12 sqm and with 1 double bed. You have access to the 5 sqm balcony. Bedroom 12 sqm and with 2 single beds. Bathroom 6 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.
