Newly Renovated UNIT 3B4: Bright and cheerful, this top-floor one-bedroom condo is a popular guest favorite!
Its coral reef design and sand-colored walls combine to create a sense of modern beachside luxury. The living room features a delightful painting of shelling enthusiasts doing the "Sanibel Stoop," while an oh-so-comfortable set of swivel chairs lets you watch out the window to catch the same enjoyable pastime in person. Butcher-block island in the kitchen makes meal prep a breeze. Stunningly beautiful bedroom and bath. Flat screen TVs featured in all rooms. In-room safe. Queen-sized sleeper sofa in living room. King bed in master bedroom. Maximum occupancy: 4 people. Flexible scheduling with just a 4-night minimum between May and Mid December (excluding holidays).
Direct gulf-front views from the large lanai with a fun high top dinette set. Fourth-floor location lets you soak in every exquisite inch of our panoramic beach view!
Ocean's Reach is a strictly enforced non-smoking/non-vaping property. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside condos, on lanais, or anywhere on the property. A designated smoking area is located just beyond the office near the property entrance.

Our stay with Oceans Reach was fantastic! We opted for a room on the fourth floor to take advantage of the views which did not disappoint. I took hundreds of pics each day of the sunrise/sunset and even a lightning storm 35 miles from shore from our lanai. The room was clean and well appointed. I would recommend Oceans Reach as it is a great place to stay, centrally located, on the beach, and office staff was great!

The staff here makes this the best place to stay! Redone condos have lots of functional new things-aome simple like hooks in the hallway to hang things on after the beach. Love Oceans Reach!
