Villa Olivia, one of two newly built villas, collectively named Elysian Villas, is a lovely three bedroom villa nestled in private gardens below the sleepy village of Paliokatouna, overlooking cosmopolitan Nidri with views across the beautiful Ionian Sea and beyond to Mainland Greece. Guests at villa Olivia enjoy the best of both worlds; a quiet and relaxing environment at the villa plus, within an easy 850m walking distance, the bustle of coastal Nidri with a multitude of shops, restaurants, cafes and bars to enjoy! Elegantly furnished throughout in natural tones and fully equipped for comfort, villa Olivia is a perfect choice for your summer holiday on Lefkas.
The very spacious private pool area and garden have plenty of seating areas. Whether you choose to relax in the shade of the built pergola on one of the comfy sofas; lounge on one of the six sunbeds to top up your tan; snooze in the shade of one of the three large sun umbrellas; sit at the large dining table taking in the view or just swing in one of the hammocks under the olive trees; there is a special place for everyone to enjoy at villa Olivia.
Throughout Villa Olivia a clean-uncluttered style is prevalent; the modern tones gently lead the eye out to garden and gorgeous olive groves that surround the villa. On the ground floor, the open plan lounge/ dining room and kitchen remain both comfortable and functional. The fully equipped modern kitchen includes an oven, electric hob, coffee machine, Nespresso machine and fridge/freezer, as well as the full range of utensils, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery for you to prepare meals throughout your stay. The gas BBQ adds to the cooking facilities for those wonderful Mediterranean family BBQ’s that can be enjoyed on the terrace by the pool.
Villa Olivia has a Twin Bedroom, which can be made up as a Double on request, on the ground floor and upstairs there are two Double Bedrooms. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with showers and all three bedrooms have access to a balcony or the pool terrace. The upper level hosts a lovely seating area with comfy sofas; the perfect spot to enjoy the unobscured views over the beautiful olive groves and out across the satellite islands of Lefkada.
Villa Olivia is fully air-conditioned throughout, with large French doors allowing warm sunlight to flow inside the villa and connect you with stunning views at every opportunity.
There is a very large parking area at the back of the villa.

The villa was perfect in every respect. Plenty of well thought through outside space and internally great for a family or two couples sharing. A car is essential to make the best of the trip. Communication with Melena was exceptional and the property was clean and as described.

Stunning location and a beautiful villa with amazing views .Great pool .!We were 4 friends looking for a relaxing holiday. We definitely got this! The agent Lilias was extremely helpful arranging transfers for us and helping us with any questions. The hosts were lovely and readily available to give advice .The waterfalls were a must see .lots of beautiful villages near by.Would highly recommend a boat trip and a power boat trip to explore the islands.

The villa is sparkling new and has three comfortable double bedrooms, each with a bathroom. I was able to put my elderly parents downstairs and my brother and I had our own rooms upstairs. The pool and grounds were idyllic and the owner host Melania delightful, even bringing us fresh fish her husband had caught and gutted for us to pop on the BBQ. Nydri is a great place to base yourself to travel around the island with plenty of restaurants and bars, plus boat hire for a day from the marina. We had a wonderful 10 days. Highly recommend!
