H&H Cozy Apartment (walking distance to Downtown)

Perfect Cabo Stay. This place is very clean and we felt very safe. The staff and security were very friendly and helpful. Communication with the owner was excellent. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others. Thank you so much Fernando for allowing us to stay at your place!

Great host, very responsive. Water for the water dispenser was included, which was a huge for me personally. Everything you need for basic cooking, nice coffee maker and a coffee bean grinder which was great to have. There was even a couple of beer and a bag of ice waiting for me. :) Could use a couple of basic spices though! Pool area was great, the staff keep it very well maintained and the front desk security were lovely as well. I did find this to be a little further from some of the main areas than I anticipated but still walkable. It’s important to note that the bedroom faces a very busy road, and there is a lot of road noise. Light sleepers beware — bring ear plugs. There is also no private outdoor space (just the public rooftop areas).Overall this is a great option for a more budget friendly traveler. Good bang for your bucks!!

The rooftop area was a definite highlight! The apartment was as described. We loved exploring restaurants in the area (there are some great ones). Only feedback would be to get a bigger pull out for the living area for groups larger than 2. Would definitely stay here again!

I enjoyed my stay here, the unit is within a community and has secured entry to get into the property. The host allowed me to check in a bit early which I greatly appreciated. I loved the strong water pressure in the shower and the fact that there were board games and information about local tours in case of boredom. The only hiccup I had was actually trying to find the property on the day of check-in. It is located inside of Cardinal Living, so be sure to use the address for that when arriving.
