Our functional home, carefully designed to offer comfort and security, has a private pool and is located in an exclusive gated community with 24-hour security. We are just 150 meters from the beach.
The gated community has complete infrastructure with a swimming pool, lake, playground and sports court
The house is truly a cozy and very special place. The concept is to be functional and cozy, with large glass windows that provide excellent natural light, as well as wooden contours that bring warmth and beauty.
Garage for 2 cars, but the condominium has rotating parking, so up to 3 vehicles can be accommodated: 2 in the house parking and 1 in the condominium parking.
