It's a spacious, very welcoming and comfortable single-story house!
It has 1 suite and 3 more bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped, the living room is spacious and airy, with glass and wood accents.
Outside, we have a private barbecue area, a private pool, and a sunbathing area.

Nearby, we have a variety of shops that are very convenient for guests, all of which are easily accessible and close to the house: restaurants, Extra supermarket, fruit and vegetable store (franchise), barbecue, beverage and ice distributors, all within 400 meters. The condominium is located inside the portico.

In the kitchen, we have all the essentials that guests need, including pots, pans, utensils, accessories, crockery and cutlery;

We have 1 suite + 3 bedrooms, all with air conditioning. We can comfortably accommodate 8 people and if the group includes children, we can accommodate up to 10 with the addition of extra single mattresses, which must be checked upon availability.

Note: The gardener and pool attendant usually come in the morning for maintenance and cleaning. All to better serve you.

Check-in takes place at scheduled times, keys will be handed over in person with a check-in deadline of 22:00;

The long beach with calm, warm waters is ideal for walking and has a beautiful golden sunset! Porto da Barra is a strong tourist attraction because it is a stronghold of restaurants with various specialties. Just visit and fall in love!
