As advertised….great property and very clean. 1 min walk to great beach…was skeptical on the ‘private’ beach…but indeed it was private. Location to amenities was outstanding (walk to Winn Dixie or take a nice bike ride on the trails around the property).
Only upgrade would be the outdoor grill, which is quite ‘seasoned’. Wi-Fi strong and AC was amazing!

Lovely property with a very short walk to the beach. Overall excellent stay. One maintenance issue was quickly resolved.

The house is as awesome if not more so than advertised! It said a short walk to the beach, and it wasn’t false advertising. It was less than a minute from the door to the beach. All the kids loved being able to run from the beach back to the house or being able to stay in the bunk beds and have “sleepovers”. Would 10/10 stay again and will look forward to doing so in the future if possible. Great location and the beach wasn’t extremely packed, it was very relaxing and a fantastic trip!

House is located in a beautiful gulf-side community, you are literally a one minute walk to the beach. It's great to not have to drive to the beach - no loading up the car, etc and everyone can be on their own schedule. Property is very well kept with tons of room. My family had a fantastic week-long stay.
