About this apartment rental

This lovingly furnished apartment is located on the first floor of our house, built in 2009 on the sunny slope of the Ziller Valley, the Gattererberg. The Hochzillertal/Coller ski area is directly across from it. On winter evenings, you have an unobstructed view of the illuminated downhill run from the terrace. The Regio bus (ski bus) stops right in front of the house and takes you to the Hochzillertal aerial cableway station in Kaltenbach (for a fee)
In three comfortable double rooms (all with TV/DVD) and two exclusive bathrooms (both with built-in wooden furniture), you can find peace and relaxation.
The dining room, featuring a cozy corner seating area and a well-equipped open kitchen, is adjacent.
The living room features a flat-screen digital TV (satellite), a DVD player, a DVD collection, a bookshelf, board games, a reading sofa, free Internet access (Wi-Fi in the living room and on the terrace), and a 24-inch iMac. An electric fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. A sofa bed provides additional sleeping accommodations.
While the valley has long been in the shade, you can enjoy the large terrace with lounge furniture, lounge chairs with fur blankets, a Sun Island, a Landmann gas grill, and a spectacular view of the valley and the mountains.
The apartment features underfloor heating, and an automatic ventilation system ensures a comfortable indoor climate. In the basement, you’ll find the storage rooms, a ski room, and a boot-drying room with heated boot racks. An elevator takes you right to the apartment’s door.
In the morning, treat yourself to a bread delivery service with fresh rolls.

It was our first time skiing in Austria and we had an amazing holiday. Doris was very attentive in helping us organise our holiday and answer our many questions before arriving! The Bergkristall chalet is superb. Extremely comfortable, very cosy and superbly equipped. The location is stunning and the skiing was perfect for our needs, with 3 children. The drive to the cable car was extremely easy. There is a bus if you prefer. We would definately recommmend this fabulous chalet (and resort) and we hope to visit again another year. Thank-you so much to Doris for her kindness and helpfulness (and excellent English!). Many best wishes from the Lunson Family

It's a very clean, neat, comfortable and cosy house right on the mountain slope with grand sunny terrace offering gorgeous views over the valley. Very welcoming and helpful owners. We would definitely recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay, the apartment is spacious, with good bedrooms and big bathrooms. Everything is perfectly clean and the furnishings are of good quality and style and everything is provided except cleaning materials and washing up liquid. I swatted many flies so I had to buy some anti-bac to clean the worktops. Non-slip shower mats would have been welcome. We didn't see much of the stunning view due to low cloud and bad weather, and couldn't sit out much either which was a shame. The terrace is right on the road and the house sits on the corner of a hairpin bend with another house directly opposite, so there is some traffic noise and farm vehicles. I found the road up to the apartment rather treacherous, and I felt I couldn't go down the mountain in the evening as I didn't want to drive up it in the dark, due to sheer drops on the single track road, but I expect some people wouldn't be bothered by this. It took about 20 minutes from Stumm village to go up. I liked the area and there was plenty to do. The owners were very nice and helpful.
