Feel-good vacation apartment with a dream view. 2-8 persons

It was our first time skiing in Austria and we had an amazing holiday. Doris was very attentive in helping us organise our holiday and answer our many questions before arriving! The Bergkristall chalet is superb. Extremely comfortable, very cosy and superbly equipped. The location is stunning and the skiing was perfect for our needs, with 3 children. The drive to the cable car was extremely easy. There is a bus if you prefer. We would definately recommmend this fabulous chalet (and resort) and we hope to visit again another year. It's a very clean, neat, comfortable and cosy house right on the mountain slope with grand sunny terrace offering gorgeous views over the valley. Very welcoming and helpful owners. We would definitely recommend it!

We enjoyed our stay, the apartment is spacious, with good bedrooms and big bathrooms. Everything is perfectly clean and the furnishings are of good quality and style and everything is provided except cleaning materials and washing up liquid. I swatted many flies so I had to buy some anti-bac to clean the worktops. Non-slip shower mats would have been welcome. We didn't see much of the stunning view due to low cloud and bad weather, and couldn't sit out much either which was a shame. The terrace is right on the road and the house sits on the corner of a hairpin bend with another house directly opposite, so there is some traffic noise and farm vehicles. I found the road up to the apartment rather treacherous, and I felt I couldn't go down the mountain in the evening as I didn't want to drive up it in the dark, due to sheer drops on the single track road, but I expect some people wouldn't be bothered by this. It took about 20 minutes from Stumm village to go up. I liked the area and there was plenty to do. The owners were very nice and helpful.
