Absolutely beautiful home! Very spacious. Everyone had plenty of room to spread out. The only two problems were the toilets kept getting backed up, but we were always able to

We had a wonderful time celebrating a big birthday with family from all around. We had a great time swimming in the pool, cooking, hanging out and playing games inside and out. Only bummer is lake dock wasnt accessible due to the time of year apparently. We fished from the shore anyway and caught a few fish. The location is awesome, the tennis courts need some love but we didn't use them much, played basketball actually, but they need resurfacing. Overall we had a great time having a bunch of us altogether. One thing I will mention is there are only 5 actual bedrooms. The sixth "room" is a loft above the kitchen and main living room area where if you sleep and other people are still up you will hear everything. We planned on putting the 4 kids up there but after one night we had to rearrange. Not a huge deal but a little inconvenient for parents who had to share rooms with kids eventually.

We had three families meet to enjoy the long weekend. Kids ranged in age from 8-16. We all had a blast. There are so many activities that you never need to leave the property. We fished, swam, played basketball and had a pickleball tournament. There was plenty of space for everyone to stretch out. The kitchen was well-stocked for all our cooking needs. Fantastic property.

We vacillated between 3-4 stars on this property. Three stars because we encountered 2 major issues on our arrival- 1) no air conditioning in the main part of the house (on a 100 degree day in July) and 2) little to no water or water pressure x 48 hours. Four stars because the location and lake were nice, and the property management team was very responsive to our concerns and tried to fix the issues in as timely a manner as possible. Overall, even without the issues we dealt with, we felt that the property was in need of significant updating and maintenance before it would be worth the nightly rate they are charging.

Family ages 3 to 78 from 4 different cities across the country plus a dog - cooked all meals in spacious kitchen, played games, swam in lake, then pool with plenty of floats, bounced balls on the court, and replenished supplies conveniently from Publix & Walmart. Agents were responsive, friendly, and helpful when we needed things. Only suggestions are the pans created black streaks from stove and oven was overlooked in cleaning. Otherwise, we enjoyed our time immensely.

We had a great stay -- it was nice to have extended family all under the same roof and there was plenty of room. It was a really nice place. But, there was a couple issues. The security alarm went off when we arrived and we had no code to disable it. We didn't have instructions on how to lock the electronic front door. Those were the two bigger issues. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would stay again.

Honest Review: This is an honest review of our stay. The first night we arrived we had a slight delay of getting into the house. The door code was provided but the gate code was not provided. The host answered within 5-10 minutes of us reaching out. We arrived at 4 PM the house which was extremely beautiful and large. However the water was not working. It is a dual well system and for some reason there was an issue that needed to be resolved. We could not wash hands or flush toilets consistently. The issue was resolved around 10-11 PM. However, the host made sure to be in constant communication with us until the issue was resolved. The house had great amenities pool table, ping pong table, tennis court... it also had everything we needed in order to cook a great Thanksgiving meal. It was very spacious and decorated well! There was plenty of room for us to relax due to the amount of chairs, couches, multiple tables... The door has issues with being locked. The locking system would not lock consistently. This made some of the guests feel uncomfortable at night and when leaving the house due to having our valuables being stolen if anyone were to break in. The house smelled good, and was clean for the most part. There were some stains from previous guests which is not the hosts fault. The master bedroom has some flies that were dead need the bed. You can tell the host puts money into the house as the decking seemed to be brand new. Overall we enjoyed our stay
