Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you.
A $25 fee per vehicle will apply for any vehicles exceeding the allotted number of complimentary passes.

First off, the management company was wonderful to work with. They got back to me quickly and efficiently any time I had a question or concern. The guard shack was so easy to deal with when first coming in and thereafter. The house was much bigger than I imagined. It was clean and well maintained. The kitchen could of used more cookware, bowls, and definitely storage containers, but we made it work. The only negative was the children’s area of the pool. The reason we chose this property was because of the area for kids, and we had 5 children under 7. We were never told that it was not going to be available, and we and the kids were very disappointed. We therefore, never used the pool at the resort. The restaurant was nice and had very friendly people working there. The food was wonderful!! I would definitely recommend this property!

Truly this place is FANTASTIC! The home is very well kept and the amenities are wondeful. My family raved on and on throughout the trip. Here is truly something for everyone here. The only thing I would add is to please purchase another set of pots, even the cheap ones from Walmart would work. Other than that...This place is the best!! We will be back! Thank you for an awesome stay!
