About this house rental
Newly custom renovated, newly available, family home in the historic (and lively) Belmont neighborhood of Charlottesville. Walkable to some of CVille's best restaurants and breweries. Easy 5 min walk to the Downtown Mall, Sprint Pavilion, and Arts Park. Great neighbors, in a tree-lined, family friendly part of town. Easy access to the burgeoning Cville wine scene, and the Grounds for alumni events, and walks down memory lane.

The space
We are new to Hosting on AirBnB, but not a stranger to using the service, and hope that we can recreate some of our best experiences for you.
We love Cville and can furnish recommendations for restaurants and bars, as requested. Some of our favorites are just a stones throw from the house.
The house is originally from the 1910-20s, and we have carefully renovated to preserve the historic charm, original hardwoods, and trim details. All systems are up to date for the comforts of modern living; best of both worlds.
Other things to note
We have streamlined access to the Green House so that you can check in/out without a hitch. We can be flexible with your groups arrival/departure, as needs arise; just let us know!

We had a great time with our family (2 and 4 year old) and the house was really well stocked for kids including toys, books, plates, cups, utensils, etc. Also very well stocked for adults! My only two issues were the lack of curtains in one bedroom and the tub drain didn’t close so it wasn’t so easy to give the kids a bath. Overall, great stay!
