About this house rental

Kick back and relax in this calm 1b/1b stylish private space. Minutes from downtown Milton, FL and Blackwater State Park- offering kayaking, fishing & tubing. Beach’s are a 45 min drive south to Navarre Beach or 30m to Pensacola Beach! This is a residential home with an attached private room for rent not a detached cottage or bungalow. You do not have to go through owners space to access room. Room has private, driveway access with access to backyard. Owners have children and two dogs in their own separate fenced area in the backyard with pool and hot tub access. Guests have their own pet fence area. Pool and hot tub is shared space with host/owner as it is in the backyard.

Really great little place! Super comfortable, great shower. I only stayed one night and didn't have time to try to hot tub or pool, but they looked nice! The host was great at communicating and very friendly.

The room was very cozy and Clean. Very quiet and quaint. Property was adorable and nicely decorated. I would 100% stay when I visit again. Highly recommend this VRBO.
