Our 184m2 apartment has been carefully decorated to combine modern comfort with traditional elements, providing a cosy and elegant environment, as well as a terrace where you can relax and enjoy the view.
It consists of a spacious and bright living room with a sofa and armchairs, perfect for moments of relaxation after a day of exploring the city. The fully equipped kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and all the necessary utensils to prepare delicious meals. The dining area in the kitchen comfortably accommodates all guests, being perfect for family or group meals.
The apartment has two charming bedrooms, one with a single bed and bathroom and the other with a double bed. Every detail has been thoughtfully designed to provide a comfortable experience in your apartment.
You can also enjoy the Lisbon sun on the private terrace, perfect for outdoor meals, morning coffee or simply relaxing with a book and enjoying the view.

• Castelo de São Jorge – 10 min walk;
• Baixa-Chiado – 12 min walk;
• Lisbon Airport – 20 min by car and 30 min by public transport;
• Costa da Caparica Beach – 40 min by car;
• Carcavelos Beach – 30 min by car.
Check-in and check-out information:
- Check-in from 4pm to 8pm (no additional costs);
- Check-out by 11am.
Your check-in will be accompanied by an assistant and your arrival time will be scheduled in advance.
NOTICE: Check-in after 8:00 PM has an additional cost — €35 between 8:00 PM and midnight, and €50 after midnight.
Until check-in, you can leave your luggage at our office from 9am to 5:30pm on weekdays, except holidays, located at Cais do Sodré - cost of €2 per bag.
On the departure date, please ensure that:
- you take everything with you;
- the waste has been placed in the appropriate containers outside the building;
- the apartment keys are left on the table;
- the apartment door and the building are locked.
Please be careful not to make noise between 10pm and 8am.

The landlord was wonderful and flexible with our arrival being over an hour earlier because we traveled by bus and not train because of a train strike. Easy communication and good response time. We arrived well within the check in time and it was nice to know that someone was there to let us in. The apartment was wonderful and the location was perfect.

Loved the property and Maurad was always available to contact. Only recommendation is some maintenance. Some kitchen knobs fell off and Wi-Fi did not reach the bedroom. The courtyard is great but needs dead brush removed. Lots of spiders… overall loved my stay!

Wonderful quiet location with plenty of charm, though things need updating and fixing. A nice garden for good weather, but dirty and unkempt. I spent a morning cleaning it. There are constant swarms of bugs there, so you can’t open windows or doors. Our weather was cool but in the heat it would be a real problem, as the ceiling fans are too noisy to use. The odd basement bedroom/bath is musty, but I got used to it. The management was very helpful, getting us a second key within hours of checking in, and arranging tourist tax payment to accommodate us. Location couldn’t be beat, just down the hill from the castle, and a short walk to the main square.
