About this apartment rental
Located on the ground floor, the apartment Alba (4 sleeps; 70 square meter) has a very large private outside eating area. The living room and connected kitchen have a panoramic view of the countryside trough the balcony door.
The apartment has the following features:
- wide living room with a well-equipped kitchen with oven, fridge with freezer and a sofa,
-1 generous bedroom with double bed,
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds,
- bathroom with the large shower.
High standard outdoor wooden table & chairs. Free wi-fi internet access.
The typical Tuscany terra cotta floors is throughout the living room and the bathroom while the rooms are in parquet of our olive trees. The outside sunset terrace of 80 square meter is fournished of BBQ with table, chairs and lounge seatings.
It is a favourite choice for families or groups of friends.
Four lovely apartments and a spectacular pool enjoys a stunning Pisa’s hills view. In an excellent location situated on the ground and first floor in a nice villa-farmhouse with beautiful swimming pool (12x6m), away from traffic. We arrived later than expected and Mara, Franco, and their daughter were able to help guide us to the right location with smiles on! Once we arrived we discovered delicious snacks and wine in the fridge that were greatly appreciated and delicious! The property is beautiful and easy to use! Laundry was a bit of a challenge and cost extra for each load. But ample space to dry clothes.

A very warm and nice welcome by the owner. He gave us some advise for visiting varoius cities and to find Restaraunts.The Appartement was okay, only the lightening was not homely or cosy. This was sad and made it uncomfortable.Nice pool.Nearest supermarket appr. 10 Minutes by car.

We loved our week in the Alba apartment. Podere Costantino is a very peaceful beautiful place to stay in the countryside. Relaxed at the refreshing pool after returning from daytrips to the San Vincenzo beach, Firenze, Pisa, Siena and San Gimignano (must see!) Mara and Franco are very sweet and welcoming hosts. The apartment has everything you need to enjoy your stay. We definitely recommend this place and would love to come back soon! Saluti da Curacao
