About this house rental
The detached holiday home, built in 1991 and renovated in 2001, is furnished in a rustic style typical of the region. The property is located on a farm. The residence is popular also because of the view from the property over the valley and its quiet, secluded location at the edge of the forest. Available for use are: parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, barbecue facilities and terrace.

The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. 40 sqm Panoramic view over the Tuscan Maremma countryside Access is via a path (rubble or gravel). Parking is available in a carport.
