1 King Bed in 2nd bedroom on lower level
1 Queen Bed in 3rd bedroom on lower level
3 Bunk Beds in 4th bedroom on lower level (total 6 beds)

Pet Policy: This property is pet-friendly by approval only. A maximum of 2 pets are permitted with payment of a $150 pet fee per stay. All pets must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. Pets must be house-trained and properly supervised at all times. Pets may not be left unattended inside the property unless securely crated. Pets are not permitted on furniture or bedding. Guests are fully responsible for any damages, additional cleaning, pest treatment, or violations resulting from pets.
Failure to comply with this policy may result in additional fees. You may request a crate at no charge in our enhancements page: www.sivr.rentals/enhancements
Inventory: We provide a "starter package" of inventory for our cabin: 3 rolls of T.P. and 1 full roll of paper towels.
BYO Beach Towels. We provide bath towels
BYO Life Vests HIGHLY encouraged to ensure proper size and enough for everyone.
Firewood is available for purchase at nearby convenience stores.

Half Day Add-On available when adjacent nights are open — check in at 8 AM or check out at 6 PM for half the nightly rate.

Beautiful house! It had enough room for all 9 of us with plenty extra. It was stocked with kitchen supplies, and the outside area had a pretty view. Would definitely book here again!

This is a beautiful property located in Eagle Point Bay. It was clean and had more amenities than expected. The home is large with various gathering and resting places as well as centrally located on the lake. We maxed the capacity at 12 and everyone had enough space to do their own thing. The kitchen is nice and had more amenities than expected. A new flat top grill (Wow!) made cooking for our large group much easier and allowed for faster cleanup. Everyone was happy with the time we spent here, btw the fishing is great on this lake!We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

We stayed a week at this lovely home and had a great time. It was so clean, and all the furniture and beds were very comfortable. The area is filled with fun things to do. Plenty of nature hikes at Ferne Clyffe State park, and the Garden of the Gods is worth the short drive. The lake was calm and we enjoyed several kayak trips. We look forward to coming back! Thanks Allison and Ryan for all your quick responses to our questions:)
