Since cannabis is totally legal here in Michigan, you might catch a whiff of it from neighboring apartments now and then. It’s out of our hands, but we promise it’s nothing too wild!
We want you to have the BEST time here, but we also ask that you treat the space (and your fellow tenants) with respect. Think of it like this: be cool, and the universe will be cool back.

No parties (we’re all about chill vibes, not wild nights).
No extra overnight guests (just the crew you booked for, please!).

The building is recently renovated so furniture etc are all new. Although I was anxious about the neighborhood at first, there was off street parking, and the apartment was very quiet and private.it was safe and comfortable. As an added bonus there were snacks (which we loved as we got in and were very tired and hungry). Communication with owner was fast and easy. Would stay here again.

This is a wonderful apartment in a quiet neighborhood with convenient access to all the Detroit doings. The apartment is small but well stocked with everything you could need. Walking distance to Henry Ford Hospital. Anthony was quick to respond to my questions. We will stay here again in the future.
