Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Great space! We had a large group and plenty of space so that we weren’t all running over each other.
The elevator had a couple issues but we figured it out. The pool wasn’t so great. It’s shallow and is more like a kids pool than an adult pool. Over all we had a great vacation. The cleaning crew apparently doesn’t do very well and the place needs a little TLC. It hasn’t had any for a while.

This house was perfect for a large family get away. Even with so many of us there we weren’t on top of each other. Right on beach and in ground pool was a hit too! We were lucky enough to not have anyone in the attached 1/2 so I can’t speak to how that went with another large family there too but I can say that parking is the only drawback I saw. You get only 4 spaces for a home that hold 24 people. We were lucky enough that we only had an issue 1st night because the people on other side left the next morning. Parking is not close and not free so factor that into your plans. Aside from that PERFECT! Plan to rent this place again in the future!
