Self check-in from 3:00 PM by collecting keys at a nearby location. Wi-Fi is available, great for both work and leisure. A refundable damage deposit is required.
The Space:
Welcome to this cozy 15 m² studio apartment on the 1st floor of a building with an elevator, perfectly situated on Rue Malar in the heart of the 7th arrondissement. The apartment is professionally cleaned before every arrival so you can settle in straight away.
The studio is furnished with 1 double bed (140 x 190). The bathroom has a shower and toilet.
The living area is a great space to unwind, with a flat-screen tv and dining table and chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need: mini fridge, microwave, stove, Nespresso Classic coffee machine, and electric kettle and toaster. The flat has electric heating throughout the cooler months.

Good to know before you book
Check-in: From 3:00 PM via self check-in — simply collect the keys at a nearby location. If you’re arriving after 7:00 PM and need someone to meet you with the keys, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Late arrivals between 7:00–9:59 PM incur a €50 fee; 10:00 PM–12:59 AM is €90; after 1:00 AM is €120. We’re flexible when we can be — just give us a heads-up!
Check-out: By 10:00 AM.
Damage deposit: A refundable damage deposit of €800 is required before arrival. It may be processed via a third-party payment provider such as Stripe, Swikly, or Flywire. The deposit is returned in full within 14 days of check-out following a standard inspection.
Max guests: 2 people (including children and infants). Please keep within this limit so everyone is comfortable.
Smoking: The apartment is non-smoking throughout.
Events: The apartment is a private home and not suitable for parties or events.

The accommodation is private and exclusively for guests during their stay. Free Wi-Fi connection, information on Paris and restaurant recommendations, sheets, towels, soaps and much more.

The streets are wide and leafy, the architecture refined, and the atmosphere calm even in peak season. Rue Cler — one of Paris’s loveliest market streets — is a hub of daily life, with fromageries, boulangeries, and greengrocers open every morning. The neighbourhood is ideal for those who want to be close to the city’s greatest landmarks while staying in a genuinely residential, peaceful part of Paris.

Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. The elevator is not guaranteed and may occasionally be out of service. Common areas, including stairwells, may vary in condition due to cleaning or maintenance. Photos are as accurate as possible — minor updates may not always be reflected immediately. Management may occasionally need access to the property for inspection, maintenance or viewings (between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM with reasonable notice). In genuine emergencies, access may be required without prior notice. We’ll always communicate as much as possible and be respectful of your stay.

Reason for the check in process is my wife has issues walking distances especially after flying a red eye. Shouldn't be an issue for most

The real highlight was the location! Just a short walk from the iconic Eiffel Tower, Invalides, and the beautiful Seine River. There are many cafes and shops nearby. I couldn’t have asked for a better spot to stay while visiting the city. Fast Wi-Fi was a huge bonus.

The worst was that the WIFI didn’t work until 1 week later after several calls. But still the TV didn’t work and the stove is induction and the pots are not. The location is great but that’s it…
