1. Had problem getting the key box number - was not in my confirmation email or couldn't see it in my panic.
2. The support number was not obvious.
3. I like online / message / email confirmations / bookings - everything is easy and convenient - until a slight mishap occurs.
3. For an online idiot (online dummy) like me, a support number has to be too obvious. It was hidden in an email, but that may be the format the booking service provides.
