The pool is equipped with high-quality pool loungers, a large table with 8 chairs, and a lounge set on the front patio. A table with 4 chairs is located on the back patio. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers everything you need. An open fireplace in the living room completes the warm and cozy atmosphere of the home.

Restaurants and taverns are within walking distance, and several larger supermarkets are located in Buzet, 5 km away. Along with Motovun, Buzet is a stronghold for exceptional truffles. The cuisine in this area is fantastic and, especially starting in September, features exceptional truffle dishes. Fantastic day-trip destinations such as Groznjan, the Motovun hinterland, Opatija on the east coast, or Rovinj on the west coast are all within easy reach.
