Come relax in this pleasant, comfortable, and functional little house where you can enjoy the private pool heated to 27°C.
Thanks to its high enclosure (covered pool, with direct access from the house to the pool), you can relax by the pool whatever the weather!

THE ACCOMMODATION IS RENT WITHOUT BED LINEN OR SHOWER TOWELS.
Please note that beds are not made upon arrival.
It is your responsibility to bring your own bed linen and toiletries. Thank you
Pool towels and kitchen towels can be provided free of charge upon request.
For the safety of children, there is a double security system: a lockable pool enclosure and a shutter covering the pool.
The rental is ideal for a family with children, a couple seeking relaxation and tranquility, or friends looking for quality time by the pool.
You'll appreciate the pool (6m x 3m) and its large enclosure, the well-oriented garden, the tranquility of the location (the house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac), and the proximity to the fine sandy beach (400m).
Deckchairs, a table, and garden chairs are available.
In the surrounding area, you can visit:
The Middle Paleolithic site of Rozel, located 2 km away.
The nearest D-Day landing beaches (Utah Beach), located 60 km away.
The seaside resort of Barneville-Carteret, located 12 km away.
The Channel Islands (Jersey, Guernsey), departing from Carteret or Dielette with a 1-hour 15-minute crossing.
The famous Biscuit House in Sortosville-en-Beaumont, located 13 km away,
as well as Cap de la Hague, Val de Saire, Barfleur, Saint Vaast-la-Hougue, and Tatihou Island with its famous ferry crossings.
In Cherbourg, you'll find the Cité de la Mer (City of the Sea) and, for the more motivated, Mont Saint Michel, located 134 km away.

Fantastic Family Holiday!We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It felt really homely and welcoming.The pool was a big highlight—clean, warm, and perfect for both kids and adults. We spent hours in it every day!The location is great too. There's a beautiful beach nearby, a duck pond with a great playground, and lovely spots to walk and explore. The kids loved feeding the ducks and playing outside. There were also football pitches close by, which was a real bonus. All in all, a brilliant place for a family break. We’d definitely come back!

Superbe pavillon, formidable pool, excellente localisation! The wide and wild beach from where you can enjoy marvellous sunsets is just a few minutes walk away. There are pretty good cycle paths in Surtainville and the region Normandie offers many places of interest. Many thanks to the friendly hosts, we will definitely visit france again.

The accommodation was excellent, it was very clean and there was everything that you required for your holiday, lots of nice little extra touches to make your holiday very enjoyable. The swimming pool was perfect, nice and warm even when it was cold outside. There was a long sandy beach a few minutes walk away. This area of France has some great beaches and lots of interesting places to visit.
