About this country house rental
Set on the edge of a small town, the stone facades of the main and outer buildings of this one-time farmhouse are those of a traditional country estate. Inside, one discovers a contemporary renovation offering elegance and comfort.
The fully-equipped kitchen is a cook’s dream. The vast open-plan living room is surrounded by windows and is accented by a grand piano. This house is ideal for couples, as most bedrooms include en suite bathrooms. For extended families, the guest wing offers flexibility and additional privacy. Across the courtyard, an artist studio can be used as an extra bedroom.
While one side of the property adjoins the village (and convenient services), the main views from the house extend across private gardens and open countryside. Best of all is its close proximity to Catalunya’s star attractions – Girona, the Costa Brava, Figueras, and the Pyrénées. Barcelona is only an hour south.
QUIRKS: Regarding children, there is a display of fragile glass objects. We can, however, request family use from the owner.

Girona – historic Jewish quarter, fine restaurants and shopping (5 min), Figueres – Dali museum, La Bisbal – ceramics and antiques, picturesque Besalu (all within 30min), Costa Brava beaches and seaside towns (45min-1hr). Excellent commute to Barcelona (45 min) and to the Pyrenees (60 min).

Third floor: bedroom 7 (Queen, 63″) with private balcony, en suite bathroom (tub), and adjacent study. Our stay here was lovely and enjoyable and a large part of that was of the villa and the attention of the owner and staff. The villa is perfectly located in a quiet place but near from the city and the Costa Brava. There are several grocery stores and restaurants in the area and some that stay open late. The villa itself has a nice view and the beds are comfortable. The unit has everything you could need. The bathrooms are spacious and includes several nice amenities. Overall this unit is clean and well maintained. We loved our stay and will definitely return. A welcoming bottle of cava and a nice dessert was waiting for us when we arrived and we found the villa to be even better than the pictures suggested. A taxi was arranged for arrival and departure making our transportation to and from the airport a breeze.

Absolutely amazing stay. It's a magic place. The villa is decorated with the most class and beauty. The photos do not do it justice, when you go still impress much more.
The location is in a very quiet place but near form the city, it is easy to arrive Costa Brava and Barcelona by car or taxi.
We enjoy our days there all family together. People who work there make our stay perfect.
We went to Girona for ride bike there. Is a lovely place to make beautiful routes. This villa is perfect for cyclists, there are so many routes to do leaving the house. Is very practical because you can save the bike in the garage easy.
The bedrooms are large and comfortable. There are a big table outside to enjoy the meals all the family together. The pool is amazing.
All the rooms are very clean and the villa include a cleaner 4 hours every day, and a gardener to do the basically maintenance.
I hight recommend this place for family, friends and cyclists.

Our stay was perfect.
The location is great, as it is located in a very quiet place and close to all daily needs. In 10 minutes you arrive at the city of Girona and it does not take more than an hour to get to Barcelona. We loved being able to know the famous and wonderful Costra Brava, it has spectacular beaches, in just half an hour we were able to visit them.
The photos do not do justice to what is going to find. It is a villa totally reformed with very good taste and with luxury finishes.
It is fully equipped to feel at home, a quiet place and close to any convenience, supermarkets, restaurants, etc., We were lucky to be able to taste a menu in the best restaurant in the world Can Roca, an unforgettable experience.
The rooms are very wide all with their respective television to be able to relax at any time of day, the beds are the most comfortable.
The garden is spectacular, with all the amenities to spend a good time with family or friends, there is a long table to share meals in a beautiful environment, the pool is a dream!!
The common areas of the house are perfect, very wide and comfortable, also has a small library where we could find very interesting books.
We highly recommend this villa.

Our stay was perfect we feel like our house, thanks for this experience.
Everything as the website describes. I would recommend to everyone. I will make you feel very comfortable and all the facilities are first class.
The gardens and pool are in perfect condition, with lots of vegetation. The rooms are immaculately clean and there are very large.
We would like to mention that every detail and every corner of the interiors and exteriors are built with love and are beautiful.
The owners are very nice people with a very mild hospitality character.
