Wonderful place to stay. It was right on the water, beautiful view, very clean and kid friendly. We had a child and two babies with us. The play room had so many things for our 2 yr old to play with. There was also a high chair and a Pack n Play that came in very handy (You will need to bring your own Pack n Play sheets - standard size). As noted on VRBO, there were a lot of stairs but that didn't slow us donw. They were also responsive to our questions. Great stay!

The property was accurately listed and located in a great area. I wished communication was better--I had to remind the host to send me check in and check out instructions. Although the host was prompt-ish in their reply, it still took time away from my trip by me constantly having to monitor my phone, which was disappointing. There were cobwebs upon entry, light fixtures blown out, and old dishes in the dishwasher. For a home that is advertised to house over 10 people, there were only a handful of towels and washcloths. Although these issues may seem small, the price of my stay was not and so I expected more. Overall, I feel the host needs to personally visit the property in between reservations. I assume they have a maintenance crew, but sometimes, having the property's owner eye on it, things could be a little more polishedAlthough small, these issue did not need to be present. could help things be a little more polished. Lastly, I suggest having a binder in preparation for visitors listed with directions and dos and don'ts of the property. There were things in place to monitor guests such as noise detection devices, and I feel those funds should be used elsewhere such as sprucing up the property.
