One of the home's standout features is the private south-facing pool and spa. The desirable south-facing orientation is ideal for guests hoping to enjoy plenty of Florida sunshine around the pool throughout the day. Instead of waiting until you reach the resort pool, your family can step outside and enjoy a swim whenever it fits into the day's plans.



Start the morning with coffee on the screened lanai, spend a relaxing afternoon swimming between theme park days, or return home after an exciting day at Walt Disney World and unwind beside the water. The spacious pool deck and outdoor patio furniture create a comfortable gathering area where everyone can enjoy the Florida weather together.



The adjoining private spa provides another place to relax beside the pool. Please note that the spa is not a hot tub and does not heat independently. When optional pool heat is added, the spa is heated to the same temperature as the swimming pool.
