Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you.

If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.

The house was very clean, and in general very comfortable. It is in desperate need of new mattresses! We stayed 6 nights and I can barely walk...you sink in to the mattresses, it's lumpy and clumpy, and unfortunately all the beds are the same. The couch is very shabby, and the carpets too. The game room is not nearly as nice as it looks in the pictures. They literally just need to replace a bit for it to be 10 star...house is in great location, it's big and roomy and pool is great.
