Spacious, executive 3-bed, 2-bath pool home, just 4 miles to Disney. You'll love the quiet neighborhood, the king master en-suite bedroom, the quality furniture, the den, the private pool, and how close you are to Orlando's major attractions and restaurants.
As soon as you walk in the front door you will notice the top quality furniture in the living room and beautiful decor. A leather sofa, love seat and over sized chair ensures that everyone gets the best seat in the house! Watch your favorite sporting event or movie on the 50" LCD TV in the living room. The living room TV has a Blu-ray / DVD player and a digital cable box with hundreds of channels including HD, on-demand programming and 40 music channels.
Want to sneak away for some peace and quiet, to read a good book or send some emails? The private den has a 32? LCD TV, a plush sofa that converts to a full size bed, and a desk perfect for setting up your laptop. Uploading all of your pictures for your friends back home to see is easy when you connect to the free wi-fi in this home.
When stomachs start grumbling, everyone can head to the fully equipped kitchen for a delicious meal or quick snack. The chef of the family will appreciate the extra counter space and the variety of kitchen appliances. When dinner is ready, the family has the option of eating in the breakfast nook or bringing dinner out to the separate, formal dining room.
The master bedroom has a top of the line King size bed and matching dresser set. The spacious master bathroom has a large garden tub, double sinks and walk in shower.

Pool/Spa heat is an optional amenity that is an additional cost to the reservation and can be added to a reservation for a daily rate that varies per home. When pool heat is requested and purchased by you, the pool heater is turned on 1-24 hours prior to your check in date and runs for approximately 8-12 hours per day. Pool heaters operate on a timer that are set to come on in the morning and go off in the evening. Cost: 3 days $140 plus tax, 4 days $172 plus tax, 5 days $204 plus tax, 6+ days $40/per day plus tax.
This home is Pet Friendly, You will be allowed to bring your pet with you for an additional Non Refundable pet fee of $200 plus tax for the first two pets and $50 plus tax for each additional approved pets. You will also be required to sign a Guest pet addendum contract.
Due to local laws, regulations, or Homeowner Association rules, guests are required to complete a guest registration form prior to arrival.

We had an enjoyable stay at this home and would stay here again when visiting the area. The home was clean, neat and nicely decorated. Furniture was comfortable. The tile floors are nice, especially if you have dogs like we did. It's much easier to wipe up wet paws or sloppy water bowls. The pool area was clean and comfortable also. Some nice landscaping to look at in the back. It was a quick drive to all the Disney parks which made it easy to come back in the afternoon and check on our dogs. Some very minor maintenance issues were a couple vertical blind slats were broken, some loose kitchen cabinet doors and one of the two hairdryers did not work. There was also and issue with the outside trash bins being completely full when we arrived. We notified the management company and they took care of that issue. My one major complaint, and it is not with the home itself, but with the booking process. After completing the initial booking with VRBO and responding to a couple emails from the local booking company, I got confirmations that everything was set. But a few days later got emails they hadn't received some info or needed something else. It was confusing and necessitated several phone calls but they were helpful and we got it worked out.

The property was decent. It was a nice neighborhood and it’s very close to everything. But I wouldn’t stay here again. It’s not updated at all. There are blinds missing going out to the pool area and a few other areas of the house. It just needs updates. The pool is cold and they charge you $165 to heat the pool. You’ll need to bring everything with you or buy it. Especially for the kitchen. They provide plates utensils pots and pans but I had to connect the electric stove. The TVs in the master bedroom are small and there’s a TV room but no tv in the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Overall it’s a nice house but don’t expect luxury.
