About this apartment rental

Welcome to our one bedroom condominium located on the shoreline of Lake LBJ. There is a boat launch very close by and a day dock for your convenience on a first come first serve basis with a 48 hour boat dock maximum. The property offers a sand beach with lake access for all your water activities. In addition, there are 2 refreshing pools onsite. The property offers multiple activities including volleyball and tennis court, horseshoe pits, shuffle board, BBQ grills and a fire pit to relax and enjoy S'mores at the end of the day.

Our unit is on the second floor (Unit 221) and overlooks the well manicured entrance. It has a comfortable Queen size bed with memory foam mattress in the master bedroom, a luxury 6 inch memory foam Queen size floor mattress, a queen size air mattress and a pack n play portable crib. It also has a full kitchen stocked with the following:
Dishes
Glassware
Silverware
Blender
Toaster
Coffee pot
Cookware, pots and pans.

It has a balcony that offers a bistro table with built in ice bucket for your beverages. There is a coin operated washer and dryer located in the Jamaica Building (600).

Quiet area, but fun. I took 3 teenagers who don't like to go to the beach. They enjoyed swimming in the pool and in the lake. The beach area was very nice. The girls enjoyed swimming out to the platform and going down the water slide. Marble Falls is a short drive away with restaurants and shopping, as well as a unique downtown area.

The unit was clean inside. No TV in bedroom was a bit disappointing for a vacation stay. The front door deadbolt had issues and couldn't close the door. The screens for sliding glass doors were both off track and one fell on me while sitting on the balcony. One sliding glass door lock did not properly work, which was nerve racking having our toddler able to open the balcony door so easily. The bedroom door knob was broken. Overall maintenance is lacking for something they want to charge market price for. It needs upkeep or a discount. Also, it is the furthest unit away from the beach, which would've been nice to know as we thought we were getting lakefront housing. The balcony had tons of bird droppings all over it. Not all fresh. It appeared it had been quite awhile since the balcony was cleaned properly. The owner addressed the front door lock within 12 hours, but did not address or even acknowledge the other items I brought up. Quite disappointing.

We rented this property due to location and proximity to other family on the lake. It was perfect for what we needed. This unit is close to the road first set of apartments. It’s a decent walk to the beach area and larger pool. The smaller pool was closed for repairs and we did not find this out until we had already booked. These things didn’t bother us since we were Leaving each day to meet up with family on the lake. This unit is older very affordable. Decorated cute. We would stay here again but If I was vacationing at the lake for a week, I would pick something closer to the water. One of the lights in the bathroom was out when we arrived and the owner was quick to change it for us! We arrived about 20 minutes prior to check in and the owner was very nice and let us in a few minutes early!

We were disappointed it wasn't close to any of the cities, everything seemed like a far drive. The property was beautiful but the bed was very uncomfortable and the tv selection was lacking. Also the dumpster was pretty far whith only a small trash can inside. Overall the stay was good just probably wont be back.

My husband and I needed a change of scenery without driving a long way. This is a nice, quiet place to do that. We enjoyed walking around the property, swimming in the pool, grilling and driving around the surrounding areas. Our daughter-in-law and two grandkids joined us for part of the stay. I would definitely go back to this rental.

Everything was as in the pictures. The only thing that I did notice was that there was no tv in the bedroom. The condo was clean and had all the kitchen essentials I needed. Nice little get away and the beach area was nice to visit. Had a good time here with my family. Just need to update the pool code. Would definitely come back to the same place to visit again!!

Enjoyed a weekend getaway to the area. Condo was very nice, just right for the two of us and our pups. Didn’t use beach or pool this time of year but would come back as it was right on the lake. We also appreciated the suggestions of things to do in the area.

We loved it! We stayed four nights in September. Had some weather complications but, despite the weather we had a great stay. The place was so nicely decorated and super cozy. It was just a short walk down to the playground, pool and beach area at the lake. Our son, who is almost 3, loved the playground and loved the beach area. It was very convenient being able to just walk out the door and down the short path to everything. We will definitely stay here again!

The condo was very nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. It was very cozy, especially with all the rain. It took us a little while before we realized there was a beach access. We had driven around other streets and hadn't noticed until we actually explored the grounds by foot. Beach & pool were perfect. People were friendly and we had a picnic lunch & dinner more than once near the water. We even enjoyed swimming at dusk and evening. We had an amazing and relaxing time. The condo is very nicely decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bedroom bed is very comfortable, and so are the couches in the living room. The place was great. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We ventured into Marble Falls one day to explore and stayed at the condo the other day. There was plenty to do. Watching the sunset while grilling some steaks on the provided BBQ grill was one of my favorite activities. The only not super positive thing I would say is the reviews below mentioned there were bath products provided which there were not (No soap, an empty shampoo bottle). I bring my own everywhere I go so this was not an issue for us, but could be for someone else. :) Also, we only were given one trash bag for the whole weekend. We cooked all but one meal there so that was tough. I say these more as a FYI than a negative! We would absolutely stay again. Describing it as a small piece of paradise is definitely an accurate statement. If you’re planning a visit, bring a book to read down on the sandy beach area. Enjoy!

We spent two nights at this condo and it was the perfect spot for us! It was close to a beach area which was clean and well-maintained. The pools were also sparkling clean. The condo is located out of the hustle of town, but close enough that we drove there for all our meals. The condo itself was super clean and comfortable. Everything we needed was provided - including super soft linens, luxurious towels, blow dryer and bath essentials. We didn't cook, but the kitchen was clean and well stocked with supplies. Covered parking was also included. If you're looking for a relaxing area but walking distance to beach and lake this is a great option!
