My family of 4, including two boys ages 15 and 11, had a wonderful experience staying at the Islington flat for a total of 9 days in early summer. The flat is in a great residential location, away from the hustle and bustle of Central London, but still 20-40 minutes away to all the major tourist attractions and museums. Moreover, the neighborhood houses a number of trendy outdoor bars and restaurants. I appreciated the 3-floor layout with one bedroom and bath on the lower level and another bedroom/bath combination on the upper level. Each level also had a balcony, which came in handy during the warmer days. The kitchen was well equipped and very comfortable to use and the flat was very clean. There were some minor plumbing issues, but Yas was extremely responsive and had a handyman fix them immediately by the next day. A large Sainsbury is within a 15 minute walk, which was a great source for groceries. We would definitely stay there again during our next trip to London.

The flat was quite nice but getting tired. Nothing terribly wrong, it just could use a fresh coat of paint, a sweep over the outdoor spaces and perhaps better ventilation. We didn't meet the owner, but he was responsive as needed and the location is excellent. A short walk to the underground with excellent pubs and restaurants nearby.

We stayed at this flat for 4 weeks and had a fantastic stay. There were a few issues (to be expected for a long stay), but everything was fixed as fast as possible and the team were very quick to find solutions. I will highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet time while feeling like home.
